Boomeride includes practical tools to help riders and drivers travel with confidence. It does not run background checks or verify drivers' documents, so use the tips below too.
Phone-verified accounts
Every account confirms a phone number with an SMS code.
Two-way ratings
Riders and drivers can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars after a trip, with an optional comment.
In-app chat
Riders and drivers can message each other in the app, including before booking.
Live driver location
While the driver is on the way to the pickup, the rider can see where they are.
Pickup code
A 4-digit pickup code confirms the right rider is getting in.
